Exchange & Returns Policy

We stand behind every item we sell and inspect every product prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days any merchandise purchased from that has not been used or altered and is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip and the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Helmets cannot be returned even in new condition. We cannot sell a returned helmet as there is no way of knowing if the safety equipment has been damaged or not.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: -Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise to one of the addresses provided in this policy.

If you need to exchange for the same item without placing a new order, send us an email at info [at] and mail your item to one of the address provided in this policy. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cuter Commuter items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges.  If this is the case, we can issue you a store credit or refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund minus our shipping cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the order to you will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Cuter Commuter is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase or your order number if you have it (you can find it on your confirmation e-mail).

  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
